Where to begin my story has always been a fun challenge, some would say it begins at birth some would say before conception. I knew I was different. and a very sensitive child and this was difficult as I truly didn't know why I knew things, and had nobody to really discuss them with. My parents thought me odd, and according to them I had a very vivid imagination. I do know that my curiosity for the native culture, and the knowing in my heart that these are my people, brought me to the place I am today, Many years later some amazing synchronistic events came together for me to be part of a sacred ritual. I was honored to have the opportunity to spend some time on a Native reservation in RedBank New Brunswick, Canada. My first day there we had our first sweat, and I received my spiritual name. It was a glorious night, the stars were the size of grapefruits.
The following day a second sweat, I was truly blessed to be part of this experience and I know that I was lead there by my ancestors. and so my Journey Continues... In Keeping with my roots, and Ancestors knowledge of Healing, I bring to my practice different modalities of energy. IET,( Integrated Energy Therapy) Reiki, Reflexology, these will all be explained further on. Guidance from the Elders and Angel Medicine, A knowing that has been handed down through the ages. I thank the Grandfathers for my many gifts. These gifts I share with everyone. We are all connected.
Usui Ryoho Reiki
I have been practising Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki for more than 10 years, Reiki was my beginning modality into the every shifting energy, of Healing . Being a Reiki Master, has opened me up to much and has healed much within my self, I am however like most of us a work in progress. Ever changing and growing. More Info
Reflexology Ottawa
Reflexology is very similar to Accupressure, the Feet, Hands, ears and face, have associated organs internal of body eg: heart, liver, eyes ears etc. When apply finger technics to theses areas and gentle pressure this helps to release blockages in the physical body which brings you back to a place or relaxation and release of tensions. I include in my Reflexology session a warm foot bath with essential oils to help detox the feet,
This can be combined with Reiki, or Integrated Energy, and Crystal Stone Therapy.More Info
Integrated Energy Therapy
I describe this as the Loving healing energy of the Angels, It is gentle, but powerful in it's simplicity. IET is a hands on approach much like Reiki, There are few words that can I use to describe IET, trying a mini session is yet a small sample of what IET does. My IET training continues, I am an advanced practioner, and will be completing my Masters. I plan to include IET for Pets and children. I am so looking forward to adding these to my existing modalites, Children and Animals have an unbiased feeling for these subtle energies, and they openingly except them. And they also intuitively take what they need from this energies. Animals will simply walk away,when the have enough, children will announce I am ok now. More Info
Crystal Stone Therapy
In a Healing session the stones can be placed in varying ways to help with Healing,
All Crystals have a specific vibration that is exclusive to each stone. Their Loving healing energy can be an amazing add on to any Healing session. I use them when ever guided to.
As an Empath, I have a definite connectiion with these Healing beings of energy. They can be used in so many different ways. More Info
